Re: Valentine 2014 Collection

Too many to pick from again, so I'm ordering decants first: (starred are the ones I'm most excited for) ~1000 roses *A cheerfulness of herbs *Chocolate incense *Commitment ~Dead from love ~Forbidden Delight ~Grande *Illicit affair ~Perpetual motion heart ~Softly *Sweet Arabia ~The 13th love note ~Th...

Re: Primum Mobile-The Angels

I tend to stay away from most florals but thought the sage and thyme would make this more herbal, but wow it just amps soapy floral on me. Dries down to something dryer sheet like. So it's a sweet and fresh scent but not for me.

Re: Venus-Love and Beauty

Kinda sad this didn't make permanents :( Out of the decants I got, I've used this one the most even though I wasn't expecting to like it from the description - clove is the only note I know I like but it doesn't smell very clovey to me. It is a bit spicy, maybe in the vein of Over-the-Rhine but noth...

Re: Sacred Smoke

Thanks, Petticoats. What I have must be Sacred Smoke then, I was just expecting something different, but this was the one that stood out the most to me from the decants I got and I do like it. Tried it yesterday and didn't make notes so that's not a very descriptive review. ^^

Re: Sacred Smoke

I got a decant of this and am worried it might have been mislabeled - what colour should the oil be?

What I got is nice and sweet but not really smokey, with none of the scary notes others mentioned.

Re: Divine Clockwork

I put this one on today, so, my first review! The chocolate reminds me of Guffaw which is one of my faves. It's a bit dusty and perfumey instead of foodie, and stands out the most to me in this blend. I like that the mint is not too minty and I can tell there is vanilla in there too but it's not the...

Re: Introduce Yourself, We Would Love To Meet You

What are some of your favorite perfumes from here? (You can tell me to go away and stop being nosy lol.) Hi Maya, that's a tough question! BBC and Seraphim might be my favourites, I keep coming back to them and think they layer together well. Other than that, it rotates but usually something resiny...

Re: Introduce Yourself, We Would Love To Meet You

Hello! I'm new to the forum but have been purchasing Possets over the last 2 or 3 years.

I used to feel weird amassing many perfumes and samples, because how could I ever use them all and who really needs that many? But, it's a bit of a collecting hobby and I enjoy them as art/experiences. :)
