Re: Fearful Symmetry
Nice, sweet, in the vial this actually smells kind of like red licorice. On me, this ends up smelling almost exactly like Haiku Gauze fan. Pretty and sweet bt not quite my thing. I relaly would have liked to get the sandalwood and smoke more.

Re: Adamus (Spring 2009)
On me, like others have said this has a green, grassy kind of quality with just a hint of sweet lemony-vibe. It actually reminds me a little of citronella, so it does have a bug-spray sort of feel to it but is still quite pleasant. It's very fresh. Don't know if I would wear it alot but it is like a...

Re: The Field of Reeds
I love this sooo much! It's a touch sweet, woody but in a papery way and faintly spicey. Amazing. I need to try it a few more stimes but this may be one of my new favorite possets.

Re: Lady Hawke
in the vial, sharp and soapy. Initial on me still sharp bit with some definite teak and pine going on. On the dry down this has a masculine edge to it. It might be a touch too cedary for my liking but I will see if it fades into something more relaxed. I could see this being great dabbed on a cloth ...

Re: Xuong Cuong (Vietnamese Tree Spirit)
in the vial and on initial application this is very green and fruity. As it dries it is a very clean fresh scent, This is quite the morpher on me, in the end I get something mostly fruity, a touch green within an underlying woodiness. Very nice!

Re: Sasquatch
huh from the vial all I can really detect is sweet honey note and a touch of "green". On me I immediately get the musky animal notes and as it dries I get more of the fir note. Something about this also reminds me a touch of leather… And there is an underlying skunkiness that actually is k...

Re: What Do You Want For Yule?
I don't know if it counts as a portrait but I really love Edgar Degas "Blue Dancers" The colours and composition are just so lovely. Not what most people think of for Yule but I also love many of Frida Kahlo's self portraits, particularly "'Self Portrait with Thorn Necklace and Hummin...
