Luminaria (Yule 2006)
This smells like BPAL's Spooky, but richer! It's absolutely delicious on initial application, but unfortunately my skin chemistry turns it into plastic on the drydown  I may have to get a bottle of this anyway, though, because Spooky is one of my all-time favorite scents. It would make a great ...

Christmas in New Orleans (Yule 2006)
I *still* have my (very aged) 2006 bottle of this scent - not because I don't love it, because I do - but because it feels like such a "special occasion" scent to me. It's quite rich; the magnolia/honeysuckle/jasmine combo is gorgeous and creamy and very *white* smelling. I'm not a fan of ...

Lamp Black
Ooohh, I love this! In the vial it's a juicy, dry, tea & peppercorn scent; on the skin the peppercorn comes out more, but it's tempered by something sweet and almost anise-y/licorice-y. I won't need a bottle of this, but it's really, really unique and wonderfully crafted. It smells...expensive, ...

Summer Scents---Which ones do you think should stay?
Ooh, OK, I thought High Tea was a Permanent fo' sho' due to the description, but since it appears not to be, can I revoke my vote for The Girls love Clubbing and, err, anything else *except* Flossing in favor of High Tea?
Aww, you know we love it.

I just got a decant of CANDY SWAG yesterday...and all I can say is, Fabienne, If you ever brought this back for even one day (*coughHALLOWEENUPDATEcough*, I would be the happiest girl alive.
So. Freakin'. Good. Seriously peeps, I am hanging onto this decant for dear life.

Summer Scents---Which ones do you think should stay?
Well, it said on the site. "Back again by popular demand, High Tea is still in the seasonals category and will most probably move into the Permanents later on." I musta missed the "probably" part though. If it's not definitely staying yet though, I withdraw any scent on my first ...

OMG yes - s'mores! And Fabienne, while I know (and TOTALLY respect) that a Pumpkin collection is out of the question because BPAL's already done it (and going for it again), may I timidly suggest that i would kill for a pumpkin pie scent? It's only my favorite thing in the world, after all.

Hm...I was under the assumption that Naples Yellow and High Tea were here to stay for good. Please tell me I'm not wrong!
