Re: Nocturne (Chopin)
An edit to my original review - this has really grown on me!! So perfect for a day out, so elegant, and carries a waft of the holiday without in-your-face holiday spices. So glad I bought it - will never part with it now!

Re: Recommendation, please? LOVED Air on G string!
I cannot think of a Possets that is permanent catalog and similar to Air on a G-String. I wanted a bottle because my bottle of Jo Malone Pomegranate Noir is getting low and I think Air on a G-String sounds very similar. It would be great if Air on a G-String could be a replacement for the expensive...

Re: Recommendation, please? LOVED Air on G string!
If you liked specifically the berry note, I would try the Blue Danube, which is blueberry. I have not tried either of them so I can't really help you, but I do have Air on a G string on the way. Do you like other "fruity" things? You might love Silver Orange. How did the other things you ...

Re: The Moon
On me, this smells like lotion - very creamy and comforting, but not much depth to it. Not sure I need a full bottle of this, but we'll see! I agree that it might serve well around people who are sensitive to perfumes.

Recommendation, please? LOVED Air on G string!
Hello everyone, I am new to Possets, and recently ordered four bottles from the Yule collection. I fell in love with the Bach Air on G String's ethereal and berry quality - of the four, it is my absolute favorite! (I also ordered Chopin Nocturne, Hansel and Gretel Lullaby, Tchaikovsky Russian Dance....

Love this! Gingerbread and spices - very "me". Cozy and sexy simultaneously.

Re: The Lullaby from Hansel and Gretel (Humperdink)
Update: After my initial review above, once I got over the initial shock, I've found that I really like this scent! I went to sleep with it, and the creamy gingerbread was so lovely and comforting. And when I woke up, the scent was still there! The drydown was just gorgeous.

Re: The Lullaby from Hansel and Gretel (Humperdink)
It's definitely all there - gingerbread, cream, red currants! Sounds great in theory, but in practice...not sure how I feel about it on myself yet. The combination might not be exactly me. (I've never smelled creamy gingerbread before - I probably prefer just straight gingerbread.)

Re: Nocturne (Chopin)
I agree with the above reviewer that this is very creamy, not really a fresh evergreen scent. Initially the two scents do sit side by side, but on me unfortunately the sugar/vanilla note is all that is left in the drydown. Still lovely, but not quite what I was going for.

Re: Air on a G-String (Bach)
My word, this is LOVELY! The cranberries and smoke make an ethereal combination that smells just like music to me. (Sometimes the cranberries smell like grapes, which is lovely too.) This is what I now wear when performing classical music concerts. My dad loved it on me, he says it smells very churc...
