Re: Hello Possetiers!

Hi, Boudicca, Great to see your post! I'm so glad you've been able to treat yourself to some Possets, and I hope that you're feeling better and that life is good for you this summer. I had been having trouble also with the forum but Tom and Jennie are great about checking and fixing things when I te...

Re: Search box gone on website

Hi, Allegro Barbaro, you might want to also email Tom and Jennie, I think the contact email is on the website--that would be good to pass on to them, you might also want to IM them on FB. I've checked the website several times the past few days and it seems to keep changing so they may be continuing...

Re: Spring Retour

That's wonderful you've learned to be mellow about it, Minh! I would be frustrated with the time it takes in your situations, but interestingly I've also tended to let the decants age a year and get the ones that stood out to me the previous retour--each year that Tom and Jennie have been with Posse...

Re: Spring Retour

I've been exploring some new decants I got from Ajevie.com. I really love A Lady in Her Own Right. Absolutely gorgeous neroli and beeswax honeyed note. Fabienne did a beautiful job with this. It is sweet but not gourmand or foody in the least, very classic in its blending. "Neroli is one of the...

Re: Spring Retour

Hi, Minh, thank you for sharing your latest discoveries and your loves for the spring collection! That is a favorite collection of mine also, the whole story captivated me, and there are very few I've tried from that collection that I did not enjoy. Like you, I tend to let them age a year and order ...

Re: Spring Retour

Hi, everyone, here we are at the spring retour--one of my favorite times of year, along with the Valentine's Day scents...and some lovely summer collections also. I had tried to get into the forum a bit earlier and was having trouble, but Tom and Jennie checked on it with the IT person, and now it's...

Re: Valentine Retour

Hi, everyone, so nice to be chatting over the Valentine Retour! I was tempted by the sale and then had a full evening and did not place my order early enough! :gaah: Minh, I totally agree, Lady Z is such a winner! I love how Fabienne used a cumin note that lends a bit of a vintage classic perfume fe...

Re: Yule Retour 2018, thoughts and sharing on fragrances

I made my purchases using the free shipping code, three that I have had my eye on for awhile. I got decants last year of Lipstick on the Egg Nog Carton and Empyrean. I love both of those. Empyrean is glorious, very classic and light-filled for these dark winter days. Lipstick on the Egg Nog carton i...

Re: Yule Retour 2018, thoughts and sharing on fragrances

Hi, Churchdoor, I am sorry I did not give you my input on Judith Leyster sooner--I just put it on, and I can smell some anise in it, but I would say the spice from the clove carnation is stronger than the licorice note. It is a carnation blend primarily but in the beginning there is a lovely coolnes...
