I decided to wear one of the couples from the Valentines Collection last year. Helen and Paris. At first, I did not care for it much. After letting it cure a year, I wish I would have purchased it originally. I will have to put it on my buy list next retour.

Would you mind giving a review of what you thought of it before to how it has changed for you now? I love to read how oils shift as they age, and how people fall out of or in love with an oil later on.

Silver Ginger today, it's a bit like Dorian from BPAL only with ginger instead of lemon, so I really love it and will get a bottle or two in my next order for sure

It is really hard to narrow down why I didn't like it before. When I purchased the decant, I was very new to the indy perfume scene. I would typically only wear designer perfume. Nag Champa, resins, cedar and sandalwood is completely out of my comfort zone. I think I might have smelled more of the resin and cedar when I wore it the first time. I think the melon and sandalwood is more present now.

Today I am wearing Vanilla Tea.
I love this only with all the LE I have been getting I sort of forget about the GC. I'm glad I rediscovered this today...it's just perfect.

I started out with Great Actuary--which has become one of my favorite Possets, and I would LURVE to get my hands on more, hint hint--but as the sun came out and the day got bright and springy, when time to refresh came around I went with Jester for a lighter and less sultry take on cherry. The two play really nicely together... sort of like Roxie and Velma at the end of Chicago, the film version anyway. Jester is bright-eyed and peppy, and Actuary is velvet-eyed and drop-dead sexy.

Cambienne kick again -- Widdershins. I was not sure about the notes in this one and the opening is* different. The drydown is way lovely though.
