Oh, gosh, there has been a lot of discussion over on the BPAL thread about Possets lavender... Which one of the lovlies to choose...this one sounds gorgeous... do we have a note discussion thread on this forum?

And staying on topic...last night I slathered with the Girls Love Limeys. It is starts so refreshing and settles into sexy honey. Very sweet sleep on a hot summer night!

I don't believe we do, but I think that could be a viable thing. Let me noodle how best to handle that.

I like the notes discussion thread idea
New forum and different notes have their own topic(thread) in that forum?

I was rushing a bit this morning. (I should be used to that, I am just not a morning person.) I grabbed Howl. Oh, I love Howl! It might become my default: Running late and no clue? Howl!

Romanee-Conti today. :bchamp:

It is lovely! The fruitiness makes it happy, and the vanilla and oak smooth it out and give it elegance and richness. :hrt::

The Seductive Jesuit today. So lovely, and really long lasting. :hrt::

Arrival of the Queen if Sheba. Down to my last few drops. I can't believe I went through a bottle in 4 months when there are so many other perfumes I use. This one really suits me because for me the sandalwood is the main player, coming forward from the gorgeous vanillas. The frank and patch add their harmony. The suede note is last to make its appearance, but the sandalwood maintains center stage. I had plans to age this, but that didn't happen!

White Nights. It's a gorgeous sunny spring day and we just finished spreading 6 cubic yards of mulch. After a rejuvenating shower and scrubbing off all the grime, White Night's clean fresh elegance was just the ticket.

The weather was really nice today so I decided to revisit something from last Summer's collection, Blood Orange Gelato (Sicilian Seduction). How/why this did not make the permanent catalogue is beyond me. When I dabbed some on this AM, I got an invigorating blast of citrus which I really needed! The dry down is amazing. Not sure why I haven't worn this one more often.
Should have my order from this collection Friday and will share more thoughts then :star:

I've been on a Damned Flower binge lately. In the last couple of months I've found myself getting hooked on one fragrance for days at a time until I suddenly decide to switch to another. First Cambienne: Black Glory, then Lavender Corset, now The Damned Flower--all totally addictive! It's been very warm in Atlanta (mid-80s, sometimes high 80s), and something about TDF is really perfect for these temperatures.

In between, I've been loving the Cocktail Party scents, especially Romanee-Conti and Seductive Jesuit. They are so different, but both so luscious. I suspect that come cooler weather I am going to wear Seductive Jesuit a lot.
