I had Evita on yesterday. It is lovely.

Today I am wearing The Countess. Fabienne was a master at chypres. This is so huffable with that tease of grapefruit.

I am wearing a scent locket, and Ego - because I needed some lavender - today. I think the last thing I put in the locket was Silver Vanilla. I wish I knew for sure cuz this is a fantastic combo. I've got to start taking notes.

Speaking of silvers, I have been wearing the heck out of my Silver Orange. It goes well with roses and sandalwoods. xo

Mafia. This was one of my wins from last year's retours. It is a very incense-y on me, but a lighter more oriental one (no frank). The florals are very light as well. Stunning.

Grace of the Posset. It reminds me of bpal sugar spun spectre only no lemony note(which makes me happy!)

The last few days I have been enjoying Lady Z. It is a crowd pleaser! I just adore the rich chocolate. For evenibg, I switched to Bouquet in the Snow, another winner! The floral without being in your face and has a beautiful incense vibe.

I’m wearing Water Witch today. It is VERY floral. I’m not getting any soapiness or powder though I would swear there was lily of the valley in it. Really good throw and wear length. Less aquatic than I would have expected. Spring freshness and fun. I expect I will be chased by bees if I go outside.

Today I am wearing Silver Oude in anticipation of Silver Cedar. Silver Oude and Silver Sandalwood will be hard to beat, but I am expecting loveliness of a different kind.

I've got Fireflies going on in a scent locket this evening/tonight/whatever hour it is. This is my go-to for the 4th for the past couple years, it's special somehow. We don't get many fireflies around here but I did see one tonight! I was in the neighbor's back yard and it was seriously a firefly, not fireworks or whiskey ;)
