I also wore this yesterday.
I really love this one....

I'm wearing this one again today. It seems to been getting deeper already. It's not nearly quite as light, and the femme notes are still femme but feel much weightier. So many powerhouses from this release.

Field of Dreams plus lavender. odd that it all but disappears on my skin (if I try to sniff up close) but I can smell it wafting about me. Lovely scent, though subtle.

Wow, so I put this on this AM, did a little re-dabbing around middayand then again before I left work just over 5 hrs ago. There's a little something going on that is making me think of Tauer's L'air du desert Marrocaine (sure I mispelled something there) more specifically, the incense in LdDM... (hell, I think I screwed up the abbreviation too).
Point is, this Must be Permanent!

How many times have I commented on this one so far? Not enough, evidently.
This morning I felt like Goldilocks, which just shows what a poor confused little thing she was. Or maybe that I'm not at my best first thing in the AM?

Sniffing AoV: This is too sweet! (Truthfully, I don't like sweet first thing in the AM)
Heathcliff and Cathy: This is too clean! (Actually, with the heat and humidity today This might have been Just Right)
Quantum Interconnect: Hmmmm, I usually drink green tea in the AM but today I had coffee... maybe this is what I want today. (Too much for work? What say you? I wear anything [scent-wise] that I feel like wearing to work.)

No, first choice was the best. And no, it's not too sweet. It's just... Perfect.

Adding to the above:
You ever get that reaction from a Posset that you just want to keep dabbing (or slathering) on more? Yeah, probably often if you are like me. This is definitely one of those. Kind of a stressful day at work today... heck, a lot of stress since last Friday and not over yet. The lavender and sandalwood combo is very soothing and relaxing.

Yes. I have a few that I started carrying in my purse because I just need them handy in case I have a day where they are highly needed.

I hope the stress lowers for you soon.

I received this as a freebie in my order. It was not one of the fragrances I would have ordered for myself although the listed notes are not completely out of my realm. The Arc of Venus is just a little too floral and pretty for my tastes. I tend to go for more resinous dark blends. This is not striking or different enough for me to enjoy. A of V is a fine day to day scent for someone who likes more feminine fragrances.

Scrumptious. A delicious melange of sandalwood, lavender and musk and yes, it does have a "creamy" edge to it as it's drying down. However the lavender keeps it from getting too sweet on me, and after a while, there's a dryness that pushes that sweet/cream edge right back. There's almost a peppery quality after a while. This is fabulous - oh, how I love what Fabienne does with lavender.

This one is not for me, unfortunately. This is less of a lavender perfume and more of a musky sandalwood with a touch of lavender to round it out - which is great if that's what you love :D I think one of the musks here is disagreeing with me - I can't smell it per se, but feel like the air is really close, like before a storm, and start getting a bit of a headache. Oh well! Great to see that other people have a much more pleasant experience - the uniqueness of skin chemistry is what makes perfume fun and all your own :)
